Since 1934, The Joy Fund has provided toys and gifts for underprivileged children in Hampton Roads Virginia. Thousands of children in South Hampton Roads, on the Peninsula, and in the Williamsburg area, may not have a gift to open on Christmas this year. YOU CAN CHANGE THAT!
