The Joy Fund Foundation sponsors a year-round fundraising campaign to provide toys to needy children. Contributions are solicited through newspaper, radio, and television appeals. The Foundation has established a relationship with the Salvation Army whereby the Salvation Army orders and distributes toys that are paid for by the Foundation.
